- All Mayesbrook Park teachers receive a SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) allowance in recognition of the skills needed to support our students.
- We run a weekly whole school training and development programme and we are linked to our local Teaching Schools Alliance (TSA) to offer additional training.
We are keen to develop our team. We have offered degree level SEND training with University of East London and we have sent staff on the DfE-funded Women and BME Aspirant Leaders Programme.
